1. Summary in Plain English

The full agreement below controls, but here is the short version in the same plain language we use everywhere else:

• MoneyBricks is financial education, not financial advice. We are not a bank, adviser, or broker, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.
• Brix, our AI coach, can be wrong. Treat its output as a starting point, and check anything important with a qualified professional before you act on it.
• The Site is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your place; it is not a guarantee of access, features, or pricing, and things will change before launch.
• Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically until you cancel — and you can cancel anytime. Current prices and trial terms live on the Pricing page.
• Please use the Site fairly: no scraping, no breaking it, no using our content to train AI models, no reselling it.
• You can reach a human at support@moneybricks.com about any of this.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and MoneyBricks LLC (“MoneyBricks LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of https://www.moneybricks.com and any related content, newsletters, tools, assessments, communications, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for users in the United States; we make no representation that the content is appropriate or available elsewhere. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. Pre-Launch and Beta Status

The Site is pre-launch. Some features are described for a product that is still being built, and paid plans may not yet be generally available. Features described on the Site are subject to change, delay, or cancellation before launch. Joining the waitlist or reserving a founding rate registers your interest and your place in line; it is not a contract for future service and does not guarantee access, particular features, a launch date, or any specific price. Any early-access, beta, or preview functionality is provided “as is,” may contain errors, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Accounts and Security

Some features require you to submit an email address or, once accounts are offered, to register for one. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and — if you create an account — to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and to be responsible for activity under your account. You will not share your account, use another person’s account, or select a name you do not have the right to use. Notify us promptly at support@moneybricks.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Educational Purpose; No Professional Advice

The Site provides general educational and informational content about personal finance. It does not provide, and is not a substitute for, individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. MoneyBricks LLC is not a bank or other financial institution, a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, a consumer reporting agency, a creditor, or a tax or legal professional, and no content on the Site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any investment or financial strategy. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional about your specific situation. See the Disclaimers in Section 15, which form part of these Terms.

7. Brix and AI-Powered Features

Parts of the Site use artificial intelligence, including “Brix,” our AI coach, and other AI-assisted content and assessments (“AI Features”). Because AI is probabilistic, AI Features can produce information that is incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and the same question may produce different answers. AI Features are provided for general educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating any output and for verifying anything important with a qualified professional before relying on it. You will not use AI Features to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and you will use their output for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, Trials, and Cancellation

MoneyBricks offers a free tier and, when generally available, paid subscription plans. Current plan names, prices, billing periods, and trial terms are shown on the Pricing page and are incorporated here by reference; the terms below govern any paid subscription you purchase.

• Billing and auto-renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you select (for example, monthly or annually) and renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged for the trial period, and — unless the Pricing page states otherwise — no payment method is required to begin it. If you provide a payment method and do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and renews as described above.
• Cancellation. You can cancel a paid plan at any time through your account or by emailing support@moneybricks.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not prorated.
• Price changes. We may change plan prices and features. We will give advance notice of a price increase, and it will take effect no earlier than your next renewal; continuing your subscription after that constitutes acceptance. A founding-member rate, where offered and honored, applies as described on the Pricing page.
• Taxes. Stated prices may not include taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, which we may add where required.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors under their terms; we do not store full card numbers.

9. License to Use the Site

Subject to these Terms, MoneyBricks LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, or commercially exploit any content except as expressly permitted (see Section 11);
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or spiders) to access or collect data from the Site, except for search-engine indexing permitted by our robots file;
• Use the Site, its content, or any output to develop or train an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, or to build a competing product or service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features, or attempt to circumvent any access or usage limit;
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, impersonate anyone, or harvest information about other users.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content on it — including text, articles, graphics, illustrations, icons, logos, the “MoneyBricks,” “BrickScore,” “Brix,” and related names and marks, layouts, code, and downloadable materials (collectively, “Content”) — are owned by or licensed to MoneyBricks LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, you may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.

12. User Contributions and Feedback

If the Site allows comments, reviews, submissions, or other user content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant MoneyBricks LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Site, you agree we may use it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

13. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice with the information the DMCA requires (identification of the work, the material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature) to our designated agent: support@moneybricks.com, or MoneyBricks LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 8502 E Chapman Ave. #130, Orange, CA 92869. We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

14. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Relationships

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services, including affiliate links through which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you (see the Affiliate Disclosure in our Disclaimers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party. The Site does not connect to your bank accounts and does not request your financial-account credentials.

15. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MoneyBricks LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT (INCLUDING AI OUTPUT) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOU USE THE SITE AND RELY ON ANY CONTENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MoneyBricks LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MoneyBricks LLC’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoneyBricks LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and MoneyBricks LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

19. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where required, such as a notice on the Site or an email to the address you gave us. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Site.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Educational Purpose and Disclaimers, Intellectual Property, User Contributions and Feedback, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Miscellaneous — will survive.

21. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or giving us your email, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, disclosures, and agreements, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; transactional and legal notices may continue as needed to operate the Site.

22. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Site from, a country or region subject to U.S. embargo or comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export- control and sanctions laws.

23. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, outages of internet or hosting providers, labor disputes, governmental action, or other force-majeure events.

24. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies referenced here, are the entire and exclusive agreement between you and MoneyBricks LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and us. Section headings are for convenience only.
