You decide what gets built next.

MoneyBricks is built by the working people who use it. The Roadmap is where you see what's being considered, vote on what matters most, watch what's under construction, and get credited when what you backed ships as a real feature.

Every other platform decides what to build next behind closed doors — a focus group here, some clickstream data there, and months later a feature nobody asked for. The Roadmap inverts that. You see it, vote on it, and follow every brick before it's laid.

The Roadmap is the fourth relationship MoneyBricks invests in — alongside your relationship with money, with the professionals on your Crew, and with the Brickheads community, there's now an explicit relationship between you and the platform itself.

Why a member-voted roadmap

Three problems every other platform’s product process leaves unsolved — and how building in public fixes all three.

The wrong people usually decide

Roadmaps at fintech companies are set by managers who don't work physical jobs, earn variable income, or face the decisions an ER nurse or a journeyman electrician does. The Roadmap puts the priorities in the hands of the people who'll use them.

Members never see the work

Most platforms ship into a black box — you log in and something new is there, with no context or history. The Roadmap surfaces every consideration, every vote total, and every shipped feature on one board you can scroll any time.

Feedback goes nowhere

On most platforms a suggestion gets a form-letter reply and vanishes. Here, every idea lands on a board where members vote, the team commits, and you follow it from idea to shipped.

Three voting tracks

The ballot splits into three tracks so a heavyweight feature request never buries a lightweight content one. You vote inside the track that matches the kind of work.

How the work flows

Every item travels the same three lanes, left to right. You can filter the live board by track or down to the items you personally backed, and each one shows its weight and how many members are behind it.

  1. On the Drawing Board

Open for member votes. Ideas live here until the team commits to building them.

  2. Under Construction

The team has committed to ship. Each item carries a target window you can hold us to.

  3. Built

Shipped, and linked to the thing itself — and if you voted for it, the board says so.

The board itself is inside the app, and it is live. Members open it here — the vote totals on it are members’ own, which is why there are none printed on this page.

Where the Roadmap goes next

Two connections that aren’t built yet. They’re written down here so you can hold us to them — on the board, in public, like everything else.

From Brickheads to the board

Not built yet: when Brickheads opens, every Brick channel gets a “Suggest a Build” thread, and once an idea crosses a threshold of support Brix will promote it to the Drawing Board with the original thread linked. The community becomes the platform's product research arm.

Brix’s role

Not built yet: Brix will surface one or two votable items in your home view each month — matched to the Brick you're working, not generic ones — announce lane changes in the weekly digest, and keep a “your votes shipped this” view so the payoff is visible every time something you backed goes live. The board itself already credits you on the item.

Members vote

A vote here books the team’s next month of work, so the ballot is for members. Voting is the floor and it opens the day you start a trial — 14 days, no card. Your plan changes how much you can shape the Roadmap, not whether you have a say once you are in.

Free

The board is for members, and the door is cheap to open: your 14-day trial opens it in full, no card. Your free BrickScore Assessment, the whole curriculum and everything public stay yours either way.

Core

Vote on every open item across all three tracks, see the whole board, and get credited on the item when something you backed ships. Your 14-day trial opens it in full.

Pro

Put your own idea on the board. Proposals go to the team first, then onto the Drawing Board where every member votes on them.

Max

One Priority Signal per quarter — a single weighted vote worth 25 — to put real weight behind the one thing you most want built.

Votes are the dominant signal — but not a mandate. Foundational work (security patches, compliance, accessibility, infrastructure) ships even when no one voted for it, and appears in the Built lane labeled “Foundation work” with a plain-language note on what shipped and why. Being clear about that boundary is what keeps the voted roadmap credible.

It's one thing to say “we're built for working people.” It's another to ship the next feature because the plumbers, nurses and truck drivers paying for this platform voted for it — and then tell them so. The Roadmap is the proof: MoneyBricks treats members as co-builders, not an audience.

See where you stand first. The board opens with your trial.
