The five Building Stages

Each Stage maps to a range on your MQ. You're always in one — and the next course of bricks is always within reach.

    Breaking Ground

    MQ 0–40

    Paycheck to paycheck. No savings cushion. High-interest debt eating your cash flow. It feels like you're digging a hole instead of building something.

    Brix's focus: Stabilize cash flow, build the first $1,000 cushion, and lock in your first Healthy Habits. Stop the bleeding.

    MQ 41–80

    Brix's focus: Optimize tax strategy, max your retirement accounts, diversify, activate estate and insurance planning, and begin your giving goals.

    Move-In Ready

    MQ 161–200

    Financially independent, or on a clear path to it. Passive income streams active. Legacy plan complete. Money fully aligned with what you worked your whole life to build.

    Brix's focus: Preserve and optimize wealth, refine your legacy strategy, sustain all eight pillars, and hand knowledge down to the next generation.

Get Under Roof

Stage 4 — Under Roof is the defining target. It's where compound interest flips from adversary to ally, where net worth curves upward, and where every dollar is building the future instead of covering the present. Getting Under Roof doesn't take a high income — it takes the right blueprint, the right habits, and sustained discipline over time. Stage 4 is where money starts working harder than you do.
