You decide what gets built next.
MoneyBricks is built by the working people who use it. The Pipeline is the transparent roadmap where you see what's being considered, vote on what matters most, watch what's under construction, and get credited when your vote ships as a real feature.
Every other platform decides what to build next behind closed doors — a focus group here, some clickstream data there, and months later a feature nobody asked for. The Pipeline inverts that. You see it, vote on it, and follow every brick before it's laid.
The Pipeline is the fourth relationship MoneyBricks invests in — alongside your relationship with money, with the professionals on your Crew, and with the Brickheads community, there's now an explicit relationship between you and the platform itself.
Why a member-voted roadmap
Three problems every other platform's product process leaves unsolved — and how building in public fixes all three.
The wrong people usually decide
Roadmaps at fintech companies are set by managers who don't work physical jobs, earn variable income, or face the decisions an ER nurse or a journeyman electrician does. The Pipeline puts the priorities in the hands of the people who'll use them.
Members never see the work
Most platforms ship into a black box — you log in and something new is there, with no context or history. The Pipeline surfaces every consideration, every vote total, and every shipped feature on one board you can scroll any time.
Feedback goes nowhere
On most platforms a suggestion gets a form-letter reply and vanishes. Here, every idea lands in public where the community votes, the team comments, and you track it from idea to ship date.
Three voting tracks
The ballot splits into three tracks so a heavyweight feature request never buries a lightweight content one. You vote inside the track that matches the kind of work.

Fed by the community, guided by Brix
From Brickheads to the board
The Pipeline is fed by the community. Every Brick channel in Brickheads has a “Suggest a Build” thread; once an idea crosses a threshold of support, Brix promotes it to the Drawing Board with the original thread linked. The community becomes the platform's product research arm.
See Brickheads →Brix's role
Brix surfaces one or two votable items in your home view each month — matched to the Brick you're working, not generic ones — announces lane changes in the weekly digest, and keeps a “your votes shipped this” view so the payoff is visible every time a feature you backed goes live.
Everyone votes
Voting is the floor — free on every plan. Proposing and weighting are the upper tiers. Your plan changes how much you can shape the roadmap, not whether you have a say.
Vote on every item across all three tracks, see the full board, and get notified when a feature you voted for ships.
Submit suggestions to the Drawing Board directly, and comment publicly on any item.
One priority signal per quarter — a weighted vote worth 25 standard votes — to help co-shape the roadmap.
A dedicated Pipeline channel to the product team, a quarterly build-planning session, and featured placement when your suggestion ships.
Votes are the dominant signal — but not a mandate. Foundational work (security patches, compliance, accessibility, infrastructure) ships even when no one voted for it, and appears in the Built lane labeled “Foundation Work” with a plain-language note on what shipped and why. Being clear about that boundary is what keeps the voted roadmap credible.
It's one thing to say “we're built for working people.” It's another to ship the next feature because 4,200 plumbers, nurses, and truck drivers voted for it — and then tell them so. The Pipeline is the proof: MoneyBricks treats members as co-builders, not an audience.
